Home Office reverses 500% increase in fees for immigration tribunals

Home Office have reversed the 500% increase in fees for immigration appeals which took effect on 10 October 2016.Instead fees will be charged at the previous rates £80 without a hearing (instead of £490) and £140 with a hearing (instead of £800). People who have paid the higher fees in previous weeks will have their payments refunded.
